Across technology, institutions, work, leadership, culture, and society, the assumptions and structures that once gave people stability and direction are decaying and degrading. New realities are arriving quickly, but the systems, identities, and models needed to live and work within them are still emerging.
This creates the pressure so many people and organizations now feel every day.
