Organizational Labs
The Organizational Lab is a structured project-based program designed for teams, leadership groups, and entire organizations. Over a 12 week arc these labs combine working through relevant focused provocations with applied experimentation to immerse participants in collaborative inquiry and collective problem-solving.
Organizational Labs provide a structured environment for organizations to:
Tackle growth or innovation challenges → Explore stuck points, test prototypes, and accelerate pathways to scale.
Advance transformation projects → Support cultural shifts, restructuring, digital adoption, or strategic pivots with guided provocations and applied practices.
Develop leaders and teams → Equip participants with capabilities such as resilience, adaptability, influence, and ambition under complexity.
Explore foresight and scenarios → Read signals of the Great Transition, anticipate disruption, and strengthen strategic positioning.
Build alignment and coherence → Break down silos and generate collective clarity around purpose, priorities, and pathways forward.
Catalyze cultural innovation → Reimagine organizational narratives, values, and practices to better align with future conditions.
Assess industries and markets with the Human Innovation OS → Apply the Institute’s operating system to map systemic dynamics, identify opportunities, and uncover new pathways for innovation and leadership.
