Human Innovation FELLOWSHIP
The Human Innovation Fellowship is the Human Innovation Institute’s most advanced and selective program designed for individuals and teams leading at the edge of growth and transformation. It is the Institute’s highest level of engagement that offers a rigorous, practice-based immersion designed for those prepared to embody, apply, and advance the discipline of Human Innovation.
In an era defined by complexity, disruption, and systemic transition, this engagement provides the structure, support, and strategic partnership required to navigate the Great Transition with clarity, coherence, and courage.
Fellows enter a highly engaged environment that fuses research, practice, and leadership development into a single field of action. Within this field, they refine ambition, strengthen capability, and apply the discipline of Human Innovation to their own lives, organizations, and systems. The work is both personal and collective: advancing the member’s individual mission while contributing to the evolution of the Institute’s research and frameworks.
Participation is selective. Each fellow is expected to contribute insight, rigor, and real-world experimentation. The Institute provides the scaffolding including advanced tools, research access, and strategic guidance, but the fellows bring the force: intelligence, integrity, and courage to move first.
This is not a passive community or a coaching cohort. It is an active, working partnership between the Institute and a select group of practitioners committed to embodying Human Innovation and applying it. Through bespoke benefits including strategic coaching and applied labs, to custom research and thought partnership, participants receive the scaffolding, insight, and guidance (leadership) needed to advance personal and professional agendas.
The Human Innovation Fellowship exists for those who are pioneering their own frontiers and are facilitating change and transformation. It’s for those willing to lead it during a time of profound change and forge a better future for themselves and those around them.
Structure
Fellows participate in a highly engaged, rigorous six-month immersion that fuses research, practice, and leadership development into a single field of action. The rhythm of participation is deliberate and demanding: approximately one hour of work per day, and two 90-minute sessions per month with Institute/program leaders. This cadence ensures consistent momentum while balancing reflection, experimentation, and execution within each member’s personal and professional landscape.
Each fellow participates through a disciplined rhythm of reading, writing, research, and reflection, the four practices that anchor Human Innovation in lived experience.
Core Ethos
The Core Ethos of the fellowship is grounded in practice, partnership, and contribution. It is designed for those who seek to embody the principles of Human Innovation through lived experience rather than theory, who approach leadership as an act of continuous experimentation, and who are willing to test new ways of creating in a transitional world. Fellows recognize that innovation begins with the human, that systemic change is only possible through personal transformation, and they bring their intelligence, energy, and integrity to advance not only their own ambitions but the evolution of the discipline itself.
Program Benefits
1. Coaching and Advisory Services 
Coaching aligns intention with execution. Through one-on-one strategy sessions and cohort-based advisory, fellows receive direct guidance from Institute leaders and program collaborators to refine focus, strengthen strategy, and sustain disciplined growth. 
2. Matchmaking 
A strong network is one of the most critical assets in any successful career, yet few build it before they need it. Through the Institute’s network of networks, we help fellows intentionally expand their field of relationships, connecting them with the right people, partners, and collaborators at the right time to advance their missions and multiply capability. 
3. Ambition Strategy and Tactics 
Ambition is treated as a system encompassing the personal, professional, and financial dimensions of a member’s life. Fellows work with the Institute to clarify their current reality, define an intentional future, and design actionable strategies to close the gap with precision and discipline. 
4. Capability Advancement 
Capability is the foundation of human advancement. Fellows strengthen core Human Innovation capacities such as agency, adaptability, and self-authorship through applied challenges that transform learning into tangible performance. 
5. Custom Research 
Each fellow gains access to intelligence designed for their unique mission. The Institute’s research team delivers targeted analysis, from ecosystem mapping to strategic foresight to reading of the world, providing clarity and direction for decisive, effective action. 
6. Thought Partnership and Authorship (Public Identity Building) 
We help fellows articulate and publish their ideas with rigor and authority. Through co-authorship and discreet support, members build and advance their public identity while advancing the broader field of Human Innovation. 
7. Reading the World (RTW) Reports 
Fellows receive synthesized intelligence drawn from the Institute’s ongoing analysis of the Great Transition and the Frontier of Human Advancement. These on-demand reports translate unique insights into personal clarity, helping members anticipate change and act strategically. 
8. Personal and Professional Assessment 
Anchored in the Human Innovation OS, fellows engage in a structured process to reveal patterns in mindset, behavior, and influence. This continuous feedback system allows members to guide their personal and professional advancement. 
9. Working Groups and Labs (Coming Soon) 
Transformation accelerates in collaboration. Fellows convene in focused labs and working groups to experiment with ideas, co-develop frameworks, and create real-world applications that advance both personal and collective missions. 
10. Fellowship Council (Coming Soon) 
The Fellowship Council ensures the membership remains adaptive and alive. A small rotating group works with the Institute to shape offerings, enhance experience, and co-create the evolution of the discipline itself.
