The Fall 2025 Learning Labs are a creative and experimental space where members are able to deeply explore key themes. Across four distinct thematic areas, members engage in presentations, dialogue, and light collaboration designed to deepen understanding and activate capability in an era of transformational change. Together, these sessions map the forces reshaping our world, highlight the breakthroughs redefining human potential, and equip HII members with the tools to act as intentional agents of transformation.  

Capabilities Series 

Nov. 11-13, 2025 

Building the next-level human infrastructure for an age of transformation.  

This series focuses on activating core human capabilities from ambition and influence, to self-authorship, experimentation and coherence. Sessions are interactive, with short teachings, guided practices, and light collaboration. Over time, participants build a living repertoire of inner and interpersonal tools for [so they are able to lead through this age of transformation] for shaping reality.
